Viruses are really bad for your computer and could stop it from working and may cost alot of money to fix. The best way to avoid going onto a website that could give you a virus because if you don't click on it nothing can happen. You can notmally tell what a good website to go on because they won't look very trustworthy and it won't be one of the first websites that come up. Some websites may seem innocent and trustwothy but just be careful, most sites are safe but it's better to be safe than sorry! Most computers including yours probably have security systems installed that will fight the viruses brfore they even start to take any effect on you computor but just incase here are 5 signs that your computer may have a virus:
1) Your computer will start to slow down
2)Toolbars and icons will just appear!
3)As well as being slow your computer will take ages to load up and start
4)Your computer may start crashing
5)Your computer may set itself a new homepage (e.g. when you open up the internet instead of Google comming up bing or MSN might appear)
